Te Rau Ora

Communications and Marketing hub. Tools, team info, and project status.

This is the internal hub for the Te Rau Ora comms and marketing team. Everything here is built and maintained by Josh Brown using Claude Code, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The idea is simple: build useful things quickly, keep them in one place, and make the team's work easier to track and share.

Tools

What we've built

Content

How we work

The comms team operates on a weekly rhythm. Social content is planned and batched, video and podcast production runs on project timelines, and everything that needs CE approval goes through a clear sign-off process.

Tools on this site are built to support that rhythm. Rather than building big systems, we build small, focused tools that solve one problem well. If something takes too long or gets in the way, we rebuild it.

Everything here is deployed via Cloudflare Pages. Josh builds and maintains these tools using Claude Code. New tools can go from idea to live in a single session.
